Wujooh (“we,” “the app”) helps you keep private relationship context for people you choose. This policy explains what Wujooh stores, what it does not access, and how optional system features work. It is written for users and for App Store privacy preparation—not as a substitute for counsel in every jurisdiction.

Our principle

Wujooh may organize only what you explicitly save or intentionally schedule. It does not imply access to Messages, calls, social graphs, or ambient relationship data.

What Wujooh stores

When you use Wujooh, the app may store:

• People you add — names and optional organization or notes you enter, plus identity linked from Contacts when you import someone.
• Contact identity snapshots — a stable Contacts identifier when available, and a contact photo thumbnail if Contacts provides one.
• Relationship context — introductions, events, places, memories, and free-form notes you save.
• Relationship paths — how people connect through introductions you recorded (for example, You → Introducer → Person). Paths are derived from context you saved.
• Follow-ups (intentions) — reminders and reconnection plans you create, including due dates and notes you write.
• App preferences — settings such as calendar suggestions on/off and similar local choices.

Wujooh is designed so relationship notes remain separate from Apple Contacts. Your context is not written back to the system Contacts database.

What Wujooh never accesses

Wujooh does not:

• Read your Messages or SMS history
• Access call logs or Phone history
• Build or scrape ambient social graphs from other apps
• Infer “relationship health,” closeness scores, or similar judgments from behavior you did not save
• Automatically create follow-ups from messages or calendar noise without your action

The Needs attention list and relationship paths use only data you saved, with transparent, deterministic rules—not a hidden scoring model.

Contacts

Contacts remains the source of truth for system contact identity and standard contact fields. Wujooh does not ask for access to your contacts. When you add people, the system contact picker shares only the contacts you choose.

Relationship context you add in Wujooh stays in Wujooh. It is not merged into Apple Contacts.

Calendar

Calendar access is optional and explicit. If you enable calendar suggestions, Wujooh may request full Calendar access so it can suggest nearby event names. Nothing from Calendar is saved as relationship context until you confirm it. Wujooh stores an event reference and snapshot you choose—not a continuous mirror of your entire calendar.

Private iCloud sync

When iCloud is available and the app is configured for it, Wujooh persists data with SwiftData and syncs through Wujooh’s private CloudKit container associated with your Apple Account. This is private-database sync for your devices—not a public or shared social graph.

If private iCloud storage is unavailable, Wujooh keeps a local store on the device so your data remains usable offline.

Purchases (Wujooh Unlimited)

The free version can hold up to four people, with unlimited context, paths, and follow-ups for those people. Wujooh Unlimited is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase that removes the people limit. It is not a subscription.

Payment is processed by Apple through StoreKit. Wujooh does not collect or store your payment card number. The app only needs to know whether your Apple Account holds the Unlimited entitlement.

Important: Reaching the free people limit, or a temporary failure to verify a purchase, never deletes, hides, or locks relationship data you already saved. People already in Wujooh remain readable and editable. Only adding another person is blocked while you are above the free capacity without Unlimited.

Optional notifications

If the app offers local notifications and you allow them, Wujooh can remind you about follow-ups you already saved. These reminders are under your control. They do not send messages on your behalf and do not require reading Messages or call history.

You can change notification permission in iOS Settings at any time.

Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets

If you add Wujooh widgets (for example, who needs attention next or upcoming follow-ups), those widgets may show names and due state only on the Home Screen or Lock Screen—high-level information derived from people and follow-ups you already saved. Widget faces are designed not to surface free-form note bodies or long private context by default.

Widgets use the same private data you store in Wujooh. They do not read Messages, calls, or ambient social graphs. You control whether widgets appear by adding or removing them in iOS. If widgets are not available in your version of the app, this section simply does not apply until a release that offers them.

Ecosystem handoff (Wajib, Waqati, and similar apps)

Companion handoffs are optional. Core people, context, and local follow-ups work without any companion app installed.

Task handoff (Wajib)

When you explicitly choose to hand a follow-up to a companion app (for example, Wajib), Wujooh may write a structured request to a shared app-group mailbox on your device. That handoff is intentional, schema-versioned, and limited to the intention you chose to share. Completing a linked task in the companion app may update completion state in Wujooh when both apps are installed and configured.

Wujooh does not continuously sync your full task list to companions. Handoff is per intention you select.

Schedule request (Waqati)

When you explicitly choose to request a schedule for a saved intention with a scheduling companion (for example, Waqati), Wujooh may write a structured schedule request to a shared app-group mailbox on your device. The companion remains the calendar owner: it creates or changes calendar blocks and may send schema-versioned scheduled or schedule-changed acknowledgements back to Wujooh (for example, a block reference).

Wujooh does not continuously mirror your entire system calendar through this path. Optional Calendar access described above stays separate: picker-led, confirm-to-save snapshots only. Schedule requests are limited to the intention and scheduling details you chose to share—not ambient calendar scraping or full-graph export.

On-device suggestions (Apple Intelligence, when available)

If a later version offers on-device suggestions or summaries (for example, via Apple Intelligence where the device and OS support it), those features are designed to:

• Run on-device and only when available
• Use only relationship context you already saved in Wujooh
• Present output as editable suggestions—not final facts and not automatic follow-ups
• Stay off by default or behind an explicit product control until you use them

They must not read Messages, SMS, or call history; must not infer “relationship health” scores; and must not create follow-ups without your action. If suggestions are unavailable or turned off, the Needs attention list and relationship paths continue to use the same deterministic rules based on what you saved.

Analytics and advertising

Wujooh’s core product purpose is private relationship memory. Wujooh is not designed to sell your relationship data to advertisers.

Local activation counters

Wujooh may store on-device only anonymous counters such as “onboarding completed,” “first person added,” or “paywall viewed.” These counters use event names, counts, and dates. They do not include the content of your notes, contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, or relationship path details. They are not uploaded by the app as part of this design. You can clear them by deleting the app’s local data.

Optional product feedback you choose to send uses your own Mail app (mailto:); Wujooh does not upload that text to our servers.

Crash reports

Wujooh does not include a third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK, and it does not collect diagnostics of its own.

If you turn on Share with App Developers in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, Apple may provide standard crash reports to the developer. That path is run by Apple under your system choices. Wujooh never adds your notes, people, or follow-ups to those reports.

Data retention, export, and deletion

Your relationship data remains until you delete people, context, or follow-ups in the app, use Delete all Wujooh data in Settings, or remove the app and associated local/iCloud data according to how iOS and iCloud manage app data.

Export my Wujooh data

From Settings → Privacy, you can Export my Wujooh data. Wujooh builds a local JSON archive of people, relationship context, memory notes, paths, and follow-ups you stored in the app, then presents the system share sheet or file save. The app does not upload that archive to Wujooh servers. You choose where the file goes (Files, Mail, AirDrop, etc.).

Delete all Wujooh data

From Settings → Privacy, you can Delete all Wujooh data after an explicit confirmation dialog (never silent). This removes people, context, and follow-ups stored in Wujooh and clears the privacy-safe widget snapshot when possible. Apple Contacts are not deleted or modified—Contacts remains the source of truth for system contact identity outside Wujooh. Companion apps (for example Wajib or Waqati) may still retain tasks or calendar blocks you previously handed off. Unlimited purchase entitlement is separate from relationship records; user-requested delete clears Wujooh relationship data after confirmation, not as a monetization side effect.

Uninstalling the app removes on-device data; private CloudKit data may take time to fully clear across devices as Apple’s sync processes deletions. Allow your devices to sync after a full delete.

Important: Reaching the free people limit never deletes existing relationship data—that monetization rule is separate from your user-requested delete.

Children’s privacy

Wujooh is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Do not use the app to store sensitive information about children in ways that conflict with applicable law.

Your choices

• Grant or revoke Calendar and Notifications access in iOS Settings.
• Add only the contacts you choose; Wujooh never asks for access to your whole address book.
• Confirm every calendar-sourced context item before it is saved.
• Keep data local-only when private iCloud is unavailable.
• Export your Wujooh relationship data from Settings → Privacy (local JSON; no Wujooh server upload).
• Delete all Wujooh data from Settings → Privacy after confirmation; Contacts stay untouched.
• Adjust system Analytics / Share with App Developers in iOS Settings for Apple’s own developer crash reports.
• Contact support for questions about privacy or access.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes should be reflected in the app’s Settings privacy surfaces and in any hosted version of this document. The Document version and Last updated fields at the top mark the current revision; Last reviewed marks the latest full or triggered content review. Earlier versions are available from support on request.
